1. What do you do there?
We are a specialty lamination and engraving company that professionally preserves and mounts feature articles for people and businesses all over the country.

2. How is the price determined for my plaque?
Prices vary depending on the size of the artwork being preserved. As a first time customer you will get a 10-day inspection period before your invoice is generated.

3. Do you use the original newspaper article?
Yes, we use the actual original article as it appeared in the newspaper or magazine.

4. Do I have to send you the material or do you have it?
In most cases we have your current article. We receive just about every magazine and newspaper published across the country. Call for availability.

5. What wood stains are available?
Refer to our product page for stain selections. Think of where you will hang the plaque and match the stain accordingly.

6. How long will it take before I receive my wall hanging?
Production times vary depending on whether or not we have all the artwork (newspaper, magazine, etc.) in house. Usually 2 to 6 weeks.

7. Can I see the plaque before I pay for it?
For all our first time clients the finished piece will be sent to you on a ten-day inspection basis for your approval. You do not authorize payment until you have received and examined your finished piece. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

8. Who else have you done work for?
References are available on request.

9. If I love my plaque can I get more than one?
Absolutely - many of our clients have more than one store or office. In some cases quantity discounts may be available.

10. Can I use a credit card?
Yes. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted.

11. How can I check the status of my plaque?
Refer to our tracking page and type in your reference number for an update.

12. What if my plaque arrives damaged or I am not satisfied?
If your plaque(s) arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied please keep the original packaging and contact our customer service department. We will make it right.

13. Where is my bill?
An invoice will be generated one week after your plaque ships.

14. What else do you do?
We can preserve awards, certificates and photos. We also provide specialty engraving awards.
