Can you preserve any other items aside from newspapers and magazines?

Yes! We can preserve almost any paper artifact or document, such as diplomas, DVD jackets, or photographs. Additionally, we are happy to create customized award and recognition plaques, too. Please visit the product section for a full list of specialty items you can have preserved.

I'm not a company or business, can I still purchase a plaque?

Yes, of course! Whether you're a restaurant owner cataloguing successful press, or a proud parent whose child was featured in the neighborhood paper, we cater our wall displays to both businesses and individuals alike. We share in your excitement to commemorate family media and special mementos for personal keepsakes. After all, we all have something special we want to remember!

What is the difference between a plaque and a frame?

A plaque mounts and professionally heat-seals your article to a panel of wood, as opposed to being simply encased in a glass frame. This particular process of preservation protects your article from fade or wear, and keeps your article looking like-new for longer than a frame. Additionally, a plaque tends to be more durable since no part of it is constructed or fitted with glass, making it less prone to breakage. In fact, our plaques are beveled, matted, and trimmed to give you the look and feel of a picture frame with the guarantee of quality and durability.

What wood stains are available?

Our plaques are available in a variety of natural colors including ebony, mahogany, walnut, whitewash, and natural. Please refer to the product section for additional details.

Do you use the original newspaper article?

Yes, we use the actual article, as it appeared in the newspaper or magazine, not a copy.

Do you have my article or do I need to send you a copy?

In most cases, we have your current article. We receive just about every magazine and newspaper published across the country.

What is the minimum and maximum size for my plaque?

While there is no official minimum size, a one-page spread (for example, a magazine cover) will measure approximately 14 by 15 inches. Our largest available plaque measures 24 by 35 inches.

If my feature is too large or too many pages, can it be resized to fit on a single plaque?

We use the original article from the publication, and are not able to resize the article without explicit permission from the publisher. However, we are happy to call the publisher and ask for permission to reduce or enlarge your article if necessary. If you own the copyrights to your article or images, we are happy to resize accordingly and print at our facilities for an additional fee.

How do I send specialty items, like photographs, logos, personal items, etc.?

You can mail your items to our PO Box with attention to your personal account representative. Please be sure to contact or email your representative before sending your items so they know to expect mail.

If you have a digital photograph or article in PDF format or online, you can email it to your account representative to determine if the quality will suffice. We highly suggest all photos, logos, etc. to be at least 300 dpi, which ensures the best possible quality.

Can I see my plaque?

You'll get a chance to see your plaque in person with absolutely no obligation to purchase! For all of our first time clients, the finished piece will be sent to you for approval on a 10 day inspection period. You can authorize payment after you have received, examined, and are fully satisfied with your plaque.

How is the price determined for my plaque?

Prices vary depending on the size of the artwork being preserved. As a first time customer though, you will get a 10-day inspection period before you are obligated to make a decision to purchase.

Can I use a credit card?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How long will it take before I receive my wall plaque?

Production times vary depending on whether or not we have all the artwork in house. Usually 2 to 6 weeks, but your sales representative will give you a more precise timeframe for your specific order.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Where is my bill?

As a first-time customer, you'll have 10 days to examine your plaque before you are obligated to pay. For this reason we do not send an invoice with our shipment. An invoice will be generated upon approval, which you can pay online, or complete with your personal sales representative.

How do I pay my invoice?

If I love my plaque, can I order more?

Absolutely. Many of our clients have more than one for additional stores, offices, or locations. In some cases, quantity discounts may be available.

What if my plaque arrives damaged or I am not satisfied?
