Connecting in the Aviation Industry with Air Professionals

There is nothing quite like the feeling you get as you rise up from mother earth on a still morning. As the first, early rays of sunshine begin to touch your canopy you understand what those back on the ground never will—this is what aviation is all about—just you, your skill, your love and everything you have learned coming together in your own fantasy of flight.airplane, aviation industry, air professionals, aviation magazines

No matter if you fly fixed wing or helos, some days, some flights, leave you with a special feeling.

For some, the lure of the sky is merely a passing fancy or just something they “used to do,” but for others, like me, it gets so deep in their bones that they the whole of their life to be part of it. That’s me and that’s why I do what I do.

I am a professional salesman working in the aviation industry. I am also someone who loves to fly. As a Veteran, U.S. Navy Combat Air Crewman, I saw service in Dessert Shield and Dessert Storm by way of a Sikorski H-3, so I know how it feels to be in the air with professionals.

Today, I bring that same dedication to crafting some of the most unique and sought after plaques made for the aviation industry, so I also know what it’s like to work with professionals on the ground.

Remembering that old saying about being judged by who your friends are, some of my clients include; the Experimental Aircraft Association, an organization founded with the idea of building one of a kind aircraft, as well as, restoring and maintaining antiques, classics, war birds, aerobatic aircraft, ultra lights and helicopters. Planes of Fame an organization whose mission is “to preserve aviation history, inspire interest in aviation, educate the public, and honor aviation pioneers and veterans.” And Fantasy of Flight, an aviation themed attraction envisioned and built by former aerobatics champion, Kermit Weeks. The attraction showcases vintage aircraft from the world’s largest private collection and they offer tours to the public in an effort to bring more people to love aviation. I have also done extensive work for team owner and former Red Bull Air Race, World Champion, Kirby Chambliss. And I have a broad list of clients from avionics businesses and aircraft paint shops as well as war bird restoration shops throughout the aviation industry.

Being a salesman in today’s economic climate may not seem like the best of all possible choices, but I have found a way to blend both my passion and skills together and use them to provide a product that is not only sought after, but that will be cherished by those who can call one their own.

My love for aircraft and aviation has taken me many places, but few have been as satisfying as where I am today. Working with aviation professionals to provide hand crafted mementos of that perfect day in the air or that perfect project completed, as satisfying as clear skies at morning.
