Graduation is a celebration a time to really enjoy an accomplishment. Then why do we hide our diploma?
Is it because of the amount of partying we did in college or is it because we are in dept and the price we are paying does not seem to be worth celebrating anymore. Probably not, what it might be is we actually are just too busy and our careers took off in one direction or another and we stuffed the diploma in a box to wherever we moved to and began our lives.
What I did notice walking around the office today was that no one has their diploma hanging in their office or their cubicle. Not in a frame or a plaque. I had to ask myself why?
Myself I have a High School diploma and a College diploma neither are framed or plaque and I work at a wall plaque company!!
A diploma plaque you might think is only good for Doctors and Lawyers but what about you. Is it not important that you too have a piece of paper which states you have a particular specified skill that took you 2-4 years or longer to fill your requirements to receive.
What about motivation what motivates you? Today I have a picture of my two children where I can see them at all times which reminds me that today it's not really about me it's about them.
But what about you wouldn't a reminder on the wall somewhere in your office or cubicle be a way to self motivate you and at the same time give you the confidence to climb that corporate ladder. Or a diploma plaque can be a simple reminder of good times and a time when you celebrated accomplishments
The nice part about a diploma plaque is you are getting a duplicate and the process we use actually preserves the diploma with a heat sealed laminated that goes through a heat press and seals the diploma air tight not allowing it to brittle or turn yellow.
