Chef Kirk Emery of Sequoya Grille was recently honored as a Top Chef in CityView Knoxville magazine for his entrée he was awarded third place.
Chef Emery once worked under the famed Julia Childs when asked what he would have if he only had one thing he could eat the rest of his life he answered PP&J. Great!! Who doesn't love a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich.
